This service is available to all customers within our participating service areas. Just ensure your car is road legal with current tax and MOT.

Absolutely! Our Service My Vehicle technicians and staff are all covered under a comprehensive trade policy.
This means they are fully insured to drive our customers' vehicles with complete peace of mind. Your car is in safe hands!
In the unfortunate event of an accident during our drive, rest assured it will be covered under our policy.
This will not affect your personal insurance policy.
No worries if your MOT has expired! Our technicians are still able to collect your car, making it a hassle-free experience for you.
Legally, a vehicle can be driven to and from an MOT test centre if it's pre-booked, as long as there isn't a dangerous defect present.
So, even with an expired MOT, we've got your covered ride to the centre sorted!
We cover a reasonable distance of up to 5 miles from the centre, excluding very rural areas.

If your vehicle needs any additional work we will contact you for approval.
Depending on the outcome, we will conduct the necessary retest before its returned to you.
If we drop your vehicle back to you without the repairs, you will need to re-book the vehicle back in with us for a re-test.
This service does not include vans or larger commercial vans or camper vans.
