At Service My Vehicle, we provide 3 service options to meet the specific needs of your Citroën, taking into account factors such as age, model, engine code, and annual mileage.
The Dealer Service is custom-priced for cars under the 3-year Citroën manufacturer's warranty, aligning with Citroën's servicing schedules and utilising original Citroën parts and lubricants.
For Citroën vehicles over 3 years old, the Full Service offers a fixed price and includes an extensive 88-point check, along with oil, oil filter, and air filter changes, recommended after 12,000 miles or every 12 months.
The Interim Service, suitable for cars or vans at 6,000 miles or every 6 months, comprises a comprehensive 63-point check with an oil and oil filter change.
Both Full and Interim service packages use OE quality parts and can be conveniently booked online.
All services include stamping your vehicle service book, resetting the Citroën service indicator, and come with a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty*.
The warranty for your Citroën starts from the date of registration and remains in effect regardless of any change in ownership during that period.
In accordance with EU legislation, it is prohibited to enforce new Citroën owners to exclusively service their cars at the official dealership.
The dealership cannot deny warranty coverage if the car has been serviced elsewhere.
However, they have the right to establish a servicing schedule for the new owner, which must be followed as per the law.
As a new Citroën owner, you have the freedom to choose any garage for servicing, but it's essential that the servicing aligns with the manufacturer's schedule.
Service My Vehicle ensures the use of Citroën parts and lubricants during a Dealer Service, providing a manufacturer's report and invoice as proof of adherence to the service schedule.
Warranty works, faults, or recalls are covered under Citroën's warranty policy.
For additional work outside the warranty, Service My Vehicle is the suitable car repair partner.
Service My Vehicle provides comprehensive repair and servicing options for a wide range of Citroën models.

We extend our services to cover vans like the Citroën Berlingo and other popular models in the Citroën lineup.
With a commitment to Original Equipment (OE) quality standards, our offerings include services like oil changes, health checks, clutch replacements, brake pad services, and more.
Contact us for tailored solutions based on your Citroën model, age, and mileage.
Citroën vehicles, like any other brand, may encounter certain common issues reported by owners.
These include electrical problems affecting lights, sensors, and central locking, potential challenges with hydropneumatic suspension systems leading to ride comfort issues, occasional engine management light illuminations signalling engine-related concerns, reported clutch and gearbox difficulties, occasional cooling system problems causing overheating or leaks, and electronic faults impacting dashboard displays and infotainment systems.
It's important to emphasise that the prevalence of these issues can vary based on the model and age of the Citroën vehicle.
Regular maintenance and timely repairs, carried out by qualified mechanics or authorised service centres, are crucial for addressing or preventing these common faults and ensuring optimal vehicle performance.
The cost of a Citroën repair can vary depending on several factors, including the type of repair needed, the model of your Citroën, labour time, and the cost of replacement parts.
